x1111 Terms and Conditions — Know the Rules Before You Play

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," "your") and x1111 ("x1111," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the gaming platform accessible at x1111.im. By registering an account, depositing funds, placing bets, participating in any promotion, or otherwise accessing or using any service offered through x1111.im, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any promotional terms for a specific offer, the promotional terms shall take precedence for that specific offer only.

To register and use x1111, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout your use of the platform:

x1111 reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity, age, address or payment method ownership at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and delay or withholding of withdrawal requests pending verification.

Each individual may hold only one registered account on x1111. Registering more than one account — whether under the same or different personal details, phone numbers, email addresses, payment methods or devices — is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts will be closed and all associated bonuses voided. The existence of duplicate accounts may also result in suspension of any genuine account held by the same individual.

When registering on x1111, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, mobile phone number and any other information requested during the registration process or subsequent verification. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account closure.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your x1111 account login credentials — your username, password and any OTP codes associated with your account. You must not share your login details with any other person. x1111 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or if you suspect any security breach related to your x1111 account, you must contact x1111 support immediately via live chat or email. x1111 will investigate promptly and take appropriate action to secure your account.

All financial transactions on x1111 — deposits and withdrawals — are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). x1111 does not accept transactions in any other currency. The payment methods currently accepted by x1111 are:

• Easypaisa — mobile wallet transfer via registered Easypaisa account
• JazzCash — mobile wallet transfer via registered JazzCash account
• NayaPay — digital wallet transfer
• SadaPay — digital wallet transfer
• Bank Transfer (IBFT) — interbank funds transfer from any Pakistani bank account
• Visa / Mastercard — debit or credit card issued by a Pakistani bank

The minimum deposit on x1111 is Rs 200. The maximum deposit per transaction and per day is set by x1111 and may vary by payment method and account VIP tier. Current limits are displayed in the cashier section of your x1111 account at all times.

Withdrawal requests are processed within the following timeframes, subject to completion of any applicable identity verification: Silver accounts — standard processing (same business day); Gold accounts — within 60 minutes; Diamond VIP accounts — within 10 minutes. x1111 does not charge any platform-side fees on withdrawals. Your bank or payment provider may apply their own fees, which are outside x1111's control.

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method previously used to deposit to your x1111 account or to an account verified as belonging to you. x1111 does not permit withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. x1111 reserves the right to request documentation verifying payment account ownership before processing any withdrawal.

x1111 reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending completion of identity or payment verification checks. In cases where fraud is suspected or confirmed, x1111 may permanently withhold funds pending investigation and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities.

x1111 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to its players from time to time — including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers and VIP loyalty rewards. The following general terms apply to all bonuses and promotions on x1111 unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• One bonus per player: Each bonus offer is available once per player, per household address, per device and per payment account. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times through duplicate accounts or shared payment methods will result in all bonus funds being voided.
• Wagering requirements: All deposit bonuses on x1111 are subject to wagering requirements, which must be met before any bonus-derived funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn. Cashback is credited to your PKR wallet at the time stated in the specific promotion's terms. Unless the promotion specifies otherwise, cashback awarded by x1111 is credited as real money with no wagering requirement.

All bets placed on x1111 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game, betting market or event. These rules are displayed within each game or betting section and form part of the overall agreement between you and x1111. In cases of conflict between these general Terms and specific game rules, the game-specific rules apply to that game only.

x1111 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed in error, at incorrect odds, or as a result of a technical malfunction on x1111's platform. In the event of a technical error affecting a live casino game or a bet, x1111 will investigate and resolve the matter based on available data from the game provider, making reasonable efforts to restore fair outcomes for all players involved.

For sports and cricket betting on x1111:

• In-play bets are accepted subject to x1111's live betting rules applicable at the time the bet is placed. x1111 reserves the right to suspend in-play betting markets at any time.
• If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific sport's rules as applied by x1111 — which in most cases means bets are voided and stakes returned unless a result has already been determined.
• x1111 sets maximum bet limits per event, market and account. These limits are subject to change at x1111's discretion and may differ by VIP tier.
• Any bet placed after the result of an event is known — whether through error or otherwise — will be voided by x1111 regardless of the displayed odds at the time of placement.

For live casino games on x1111, the results of each hand, spin or round are determined by the game provider's equipment and software under the conditions visible to all players in the live stream. x1111 does not manipulate game outcomes. • Exploiting technical errors: Deliberately exploiting any software error, pricing mistake or technical malfunction on x1111's platform to obtain funds or advantages you would not otherwise be entitled to.
• Identity misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using another person's identity or documentation, or operating an account on behalf of another person.
• Minor use: Registering an account or allowing the use of your account by any person under 18 years of age.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, x1111's total liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of x1111's services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 months preceding the claim.

x1111 will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss — including loss of anticipated winnings, loss of business opportunity or reputational loss — arising from your use of x1111's services or your reliance on information presented on x1111.im.

x1111 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its reasonable discretion, including — but not limited to — the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Provision of false or misleading registration information
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the required timeframe
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity
• Suspected or confirmed bonus abuse or prohibited conduct
• At the player's own request (voluntary closure or self-exclusion)
• As required by applicable law or regulatory obligation

Where an account is closed for reasons other than breach of these Terms or fraud, x1111 will return any real-money balance remaining in the account via the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Where closure results from confirmed breach or fraud, x1111 reserves the right to retain any balance pending investigation and resolution.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their x1111 account should contact support via live chat or email. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 24 hours and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method.

x1111 may update or amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, x1111 will notify registered players via email, SMS or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, unless x1111 is required by law or urgent security considerations to implement changes more quickly.
